04 / About Hasan

An artist working
from the soul of
the letter.

Portrait of Hasan Farhat

Born in Beirut in 1987, Hasan Farhat is a calligraphy artist, art director and Arabic writer whose work brings Arabic letterforms, sketch drawing and vivid Tangerine Tango into one distinctive visual language.

His early impulse to draw on everything around him grew into a digital art practice recognised across Lebanon and beyond. Arabic calligraphy and its rich visual heritage remain the foundation of each new piece.

Hasan’s work moves between cultural storytelling, lettering and art direction — always with the belief that every letter can carry feeling.

He was the sole artist selected by UNRWA Jordan to contribute two paintings to I’m Human (أنا إنسان). His work has also appeared in two editions of Sayidaty KSA magazine.

Beyond the studio, Hasan led a project that transforms educational books into engaging e-learning games — another expression of his belief that creativity can make knowledge more alive.

06 / Philosophy

Arabic calligraphy is not an ornament. It is emotion, movement, and memory made visible.
